A former dentist in the army with a focus on general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Richards is invested in serving our community.
“I once had a patient who had broken both his front teeth. They were worn thin, chipped and jagged. He felt embarrassed to smile and he felt like he embarrassed his daughter every time he was with her because of the way his teeth looked. I was able to restore his front two teeth with two same day crowns and I remember him telling me, “you have no idea... but you have changed my life.” His comment has stuck with me and made me realize my job goes beyond just fixing teeth, but transforming lives.”
Dr. Morgan Richards grew up in Kimberly, Idaho on a small family farm. Helping on the farm created a desire to work with his hands. He fell in love with dentistry as it provides the melding of art, science, tactile work, and creativity. Knowing he didn’t want his patients to be limited in their care, he started his own practice to deliver the highest caliber of treatment available.
Pursuing his passion, he graduated from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. He joined the U.S. Army as an Army dentist after dental school where he proudly served for the next four years. Mentored by other dentists, he was taught the positive impact high-standard care can have on a patient’s life. He continues to seek next level education from programs like Kois and Spear.
Dr. Richards loves spending time with his family. He enjoys the outdoors and being active snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and training CrossFit. His passion outside of dentistry is food. He loves going to restaurants to enjoy delicious cuisine.
